Damaged Items

  • If the item received is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, providing clear proof (such as photos or videos of the damaged item and the SKU number).

  • Compensation may include a partial refund, resending accessories, or a full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

Return Process

  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Missing Parts

  • For missing parts, we will send the necessary replacements. The item will not be eligible for return unless it is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

Shipping Fees on Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The exact cost will depend on the shipping carrier selected.

  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving damaged or incorrect items), the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping fees.
