When will my order arrive?
Orders to the U.S. ship from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 5–8 days via USPS. Orders to other countries are shipped from our China warehouse and usually arrive in 10–16 days via trusted carriers selected by us.

What should I do if some pieces are missing or broken?
Every Eikee model is quality-checked twice before shipping. The first replacement is free, and a $5 shipping fee applies for a second.
We recommend requesting all missing parts after assembling the model to combine replacements in one shipment. For assistance, please email support@eikeebricks.com with your order number.
Can I return or exchange a set if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened model within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
